ABOUT

Hola!

Passionate social change agent by day.
Social justice artist by night.

I’m a proud Latina in New Jersey who’s passionate about leveraging data and design to promote more equitable local economies.

I'm also a visual artist, illustrator, painter, and super creative when it comes to combing the arts to any project. I've learned to leverage my art skills to illustrate hard concepts into catchy designs across various mediums to educate and inspire viewers.

I'll take a canvas any day, but COVID-19 also made your girl an amazing digital illustrator. Hello i-pad! Let's get to work.

As I reflect back, one of my favorite places as a kid was the Newark Public Library. I spent a lot of time doing those coloring and arts and crafts competitions as a kid. Tell me you did those?! If it weren't for public institutions promoting the arts, I may not have had the access to art or art supplies to nourish my creative mind all those years. Thank you Newark Public Library/ies!

I love way too many artists to name, but some of my favorites include... Favorite painter(s): Frida Kahlo and Kehinde Wiley. Favorite Sculptor: Gian Lorenzo Bernini.

FINDING INSPIRATION FROM

MAKING SOCIAL justice a reality

Social justice work can be manifested and supported in many ways. Whether you are looking for art for your home/office, art for fundraising purposes, a BIPOC public speaker to share their story, a consultant to help your organization implement social justice work or a consultant to help your small business get in the door with anchor institutions (corporations).
